According to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation No. 29188; since the subject of this contract includes accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or period, the customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
No refund will be made to the customer after the contract is established for any reason.
The customer who wants to open their reservation or change the date must request it in writing from Seaview Faralya at least 21 days before the check-in date.
In case of a reservation change or open reservation, the use of these rights belongs to the person who made the payment at the time of reservation.
